Based in Melbourne CBD, you will meet and deal with a variety of customers and provide them with accurate advice and a customer service outstanding experience.

• Maintain and provide an exceptional level of customer service

• Attend to customer queries

• Make appointments to service customer vehicles

• Relevant paperwork and invoices

• Provide exceptional customer service

The Ideal Candidate

 

• Recent experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive industry

• Current driver’s licence manual and automatic

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
